We diagnose before we quote and replace what has failed rather than taping over it. - Dripping and leaking faucets, stiff handles, low flow, shower valves that run hot and cold. Cartridges, seats and valves replaced, or the fixture replaced when the repair is not worth it.
- Toilets
- Running, weak-flushing, rocking or leaking at the base. Fill valves, flappers, flanges and seals repaired, and flush valve toilets in commercial washrooms serviced.
- Pipes, Leaks and Water Lines
- Pinhole leaks, split lines, failed joints, frozen pipe damage and corroded shut-off valves. Copper, PEX and threaded pipe repaired and pressure-tested.

How it works
1. Describe the symptom
Where the water is showing up, for how long, and whether it is worse when a fixture runs. A photo helps. We respond within one business day, or right away for active leaks.
2. Diagnose and quote
We find the actual failure, which is often not where the water appears, and price the repair before starting. If the fixture or line is at the end of its life, we say so.
3. Repair and test
New parts fitted, the line pressure-tested or the fixture run through its cycle, and the area dried and cleaned before we leave.
